Our Ministry
Shepherding’s Beginnings
In 2008, Pastor Brandt began serving full-time as Director of Shepherding. Recognizing the demands and challenges of ministry, STS offers its services as a source of care. From on-site events to personal interaction, contacts are designed to meet the specific needs of each individual or ministry.
Purpose
Caring for ministry leaders and their ministries through: Mentoring, Vision-Casting, Intervention, Team-Building, Ministry Assessment, Leadership Equipping, Spiritual Renewal.
Mission
Following the example of Christ, Shepherding the Shepherds purposes to offer pastors/directors, lay-leaders, and ministries shepherding care.
Methods
Shepherding the Shepherds endeavors to provide Scripturally based mentoring, coaching, consulting, and renewal.

What does it look like?
“With personal visits, phone calls, and e-mails, I’m getting the support and love and advice that I need. Mike and Colleen meet with us twice a year, spending about three days at a time, meeting with my wife and me and talking to my staff and elders. The leadership team feels that they have someone who can hear them and listen. Mike supports other leaders in the work, and our people come out of those meetings more willing to serve, lead, love and care for people.”
