He Knows!

“Remember the former things long past, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’.” Isaiah 46:9-10

My Dad encouraged me to embrace the unexpected… yes, even the unexpected disappointments and hardships. Why? Because our Heavenly Father knows all about it and He has a purpose! And His purposes are always in our best interest.

It’s true, there is no one like Him. He knows the end from the beginning and everything in between! I’m in one of those unexpected times right now… what I thought would be has been completely turned upside down. I’m embracing it and better yet, He’s embracing me. I think I just heard His Spirit say, “Hold on, Michael! This is going to be a great ride. Destination…God’s good pleasure.”
