Stand Strong

“Who will stand up for me against evildoers? Who will take his stand for me against those who do wickedness? If the Lord had not been my help, my soul would soon have dwelt in the abode of silence.” Psalms‬ ‭94‬:‭16‬,17‬

Standing and speaking up, as a Godly leader, is especially difficult when the righteous truths and Biblical values of God are not only being mocked, they and we who hold them dear are being trashed by the ‘woke’ agenda of evil men. A ‘woke’ agenda which has even invaded many church bodies.

The Psalmist’s question is relevant … “Who will stand up for me against evildoers, those who do wickedness?” Without hesitation, he gives the answer! God will. He is the avenger of all evil. By His help, our souls will be kept, our anxious thoughts will be quelled, and He will enable us to stand without slipping! Just like He did for Luther… a good Reformation Sunday reminder for us to stand up and speak up!
