Saints like Ananias, some faithful brothers in Damascus, and Barnabas had all walked alongside Paul. In the face of doubts and fears, they obediently ministered to him. Their dedicated commitment to his spiritual progress has blessed the work of Christ until this very day!

I can’t help but believe Paul’s commitment to the Philippians’ progress and joy in the faith flowed from what others had done for him. Like me, I’m sure you thank God for those He used to further your progress and joy in the faith. As the Spirit moved Paul, so may our hearts be convinced to do the same.
